1. Volleyball players of 18-25 years.
2. The player must be playing at least for 2 years and must have participated at district level.
3. Uninjured at the commencement of study.
4. The participant should at least perform 10 pushups on firm surface ground.
1. Could not commit full participation in study training regimes.
2. Already engaged in plyometric training as this may confound the study.
3. Major injury at the time of commencement of study or within 6 months

Name Time Method Skin fold of arm -Vernier caliper. <br/ ><br>Explosive power - seated medicine ball throw test. <br/ ><br>Core strength – 4 level abdominal strength test. <br/ ><br>Force generation -force plate. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At the start of the training i.e. on day 0 and after 4 weeks of training.
