Inclusion Criteria
- •All genders,age 20\-70years,all ear nose throat surgeries,surgical duration more than 1 hours less than 4 hours,ASA1\-2
Exclusion Criteria
- •All surgeries apart from ear,nose,throat surgeries,pediatric age group,age over 70 years,patients on epidural infusion,surgery time less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours,all emergency surgeries
