Inclusion Criteria

Patients of either gender aged between 18 to 70 years admitted to icu of VSSIMSAR, Burla for postoperative care

Exclusion Criteria

Patients not staying in VSSIMSAR , Burla icu for less than 48 hours for postoperative care,BMI >36,pregnant women,patients taking metformin or any nephrotoxic drug,cancer patients and survivors,patients with liver failure prior to surgery,alcohol or drug abuse history,head injury or neurosurgery procedure,surgery took more than 3hours , intraoperative blood loss more than 2 Litre , hypersensitivity to any drugs
