1.Age between 18 â?? 65 years.
2.Persons of either Sex.
3.He/she must be diagnosed & have symptoms of AR.
4.He/she must be willing to comply to study protocol till the end of trial.
5.He/she is willing to give written informed consent at the baseline visit.
1.Patients with Secondary AR.
2.History of Hypersensitivity to Coconut products.
3.Patients who are either pregnant or lactating.
4.Patients with immunocompromised states like uncontrolled diabetes, History of recurrent/ Chronic infections, PLHA.
5.Patients receiving immunosuppressant therapy immune modulator therapy or chemotherapy.
6.History of nasal myiasis
7.Patients who are currently abusing or have a history of substance abuse.

Name Time Method 1.Proportion of patients with subjective improvement in symptoms (disappearance of odour, dryness sensation, headache, nasal obstruction). <br/ ><br>2.Incidence, Seriousness and severity of adverse events in the study population if any. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The participants will be followed up 0.5, 1, 2, 4, and 6 months after the first visit
