Cancer patients scheduled to receive outpatient chemotherapy
Patients obtained the consent from attending physician
Patients who are employed at the time of the first outpatient chemotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

Patients judged to have cognitive problems by attending physician
Patients who are unable to make a decision on whether or not to participate in this study
