patients undergoing elective isolated coronary artery bypass graft
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Acute MI(within a month), Left main coronary artery(LMCA) or LMCA equivalent disease, EF <50%, Emergency surgery, Atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias, cerebrovascular disease, anticipated difficult airway
Patient requiring ionotropes or Pacing in the pre bypass period, more than one attempt at laryngoscopy and intubation or methods other than conventional laryngoscopy will also be excluded from study.
