Inclusion Criteria
1. The patient was diagnosed lichen amyloidosis with bilateral smymmetrical lesions on both lower legs
2. All sex groups, 18-75 years old
3. Off previous medication including NSAIDs, steroid and antihistamine at least 4 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of anesthetic drugs allergy
2. Underlying disease; Asthma, Coronary artery disease, more than CKD stage 4
3. Chronic ulceration on lesion
4. Non-communication patient
