Inclusion Criteria

1. Postmenopausal (surgical or natural, for more than a year and below 5 years) women;
2. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), osteopenia is defined as a Bone Mass Density (BMD) T score between -1.0 and -2.5 SD;
3. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients complicated with clinically significant cardiovascular, renal, hepatic disease;
2. Patients with mental illness or without self-knowledge;
3. Patients with secondary osteoporosis;
