The participants will be recruited for the study as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 12 to 19-year-old badminton players will be recruited from different badminton academies in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the association of body composition, upper and lower extremity muscle strength, and endurance on anaerobic and aerobic performance among sub-elite badminton players.

Players who are willing to participate Sub-elite badminton players of age between 12 19 yrs Gender Male and Female Players should have a minimum 2 years of experience in badminton Players with practice of at least 5 hours per week.
Beginners or individuals with no prior experience in badminton Players involved in other sports with more than 5 hours per week Individuals with soft tissue injury History of spine, upper and lower extremity fractures in the past 1-year Individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders Individuals with cardiovascular disorders.
