Inclusion Criteria
- •BMI\>28kg/m2
- •normal sleep rhythm
- •18\-45 years
- •fluent in German
- •no transcutaneous Vagus nerve stimulation before
- •last blood samples taken \> 4weeks
Exclusion Criteria
- •left handed;
- •vegetarian or vegan diet;
- •Food allergies;
- •smoker/ drug user;
- •on a diet during the trial;
- •sleeping disorders/ shift work;
- •regular drug ingestion;
- •psychological or physiological disease;
- •acute stressful Situation;
- •non\-removable magnetic Implants;
