- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy under general anesthesia
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients between 18-65 years
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patient refusal to participate.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic and opioids.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patient having an infection at the site of block.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patient having spinal deformities and previous history of spine surgery.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients on anticoagulation therapy.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients with untreated psychiatric illness
