osteoarthritis knee undergoing for simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty
radiograph shown Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3-4

Exclusion Criteria

allergy to medication use in this study
pregnancy
has renal function impairment, gastric ulcer
