Adhesive capsulitis stage 1 (Freezing) and stage 2 (Frozen)
Shoulder pain and indication for intra-articular injection
Age 18-65 years
Concomitant massive rotator cuff tendinopathy
Concomitant abnormal X-ray : GH OA, neoplasm
Pain related to AC joint pathology
History of pre-existing shoulder pathological : infection, trauma
pregnancy
Neurological disorder : CSR or stroke
Drug allergy or contraindication : ketorolac, ASA, NSAIDs, TA, lidocaine
Underling disease : Rheumatoid arthritis, on warfarin
