Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult patients( age 18\-80 years)
- •2\. Undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on
- •cardiopulmonary bypass.
- •3\. Preoperative sinus rhythm
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Contraindication of transesophageal echocardiography probe placement
- •2\. Patients who are not in sinus rhythm and those on inotropic/ IABP support.
- •3\. Associated severe ischemic mitral regurgitation or any other valvular lesion associated with ischemic heart disease.
- •4\. Emergency procedure and renal dysfunction
