- •1. Adult patients( age 18-80 years)
- •2. Undergoing elective coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on
- •cardiopulmonary bypass.
- •3. Preoperative sinus rhythm
排除标准
- •1.Contraindication of transesophageal echocardiography probe placement
- •2. Patients who are not in sinus rhythm and those on inotropic/ IABP support.
- •3. Associated severe ischemic mitral regurgitation or any other valvular lesion associated with ischemic heart disease.
- •4. Emergency procedure and renal dysfunction
