IgAN confirmed by renal biopsy;
Age over 16 years old, regardless of gender;
Patients with eGFR over 15ml/min/1.73m;
Irregular exercise habits in the last year.
1.Other autoimmune diseases or secondary kidney diseases, such assystemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic nephropathy, cirrhosis, nephrotoxic drugs, etc.
2.Those on dialysis or those who are expected to be on dialysis within 1 year;
3.Suffering from other critical diseases such as heart failure, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, severe infection, severe trauma, mental disorders, severe dementia, etc.
4.Patients who underwent or required hormonal and/or immunosuppressant therapy within 6 months prior to this study were included;
5.Patients who cannot be followed up regularly;
6.Patients with musculoskeletal lesions;
7.pregnant or lactating women.
