Inclusion Criteria
Patients with onset dry eye symptoms (foreign body sensation, burning, itching, eye redness and blurred vision) after cataract surgery and vision correction (refractive defects)
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of eye trauma, uveitis, other previous eye surgeries
Use of contact lenses in the last 2 years
Systemic diseases related to dry eye syndrome including diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's syndrome
Dry eye symptoms in previous cataract surgery
A significant change in lifestyle with an impact on ocular surface diseases

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Dry eye score in the OSDI (Ocular Surface Disease Index) questionnaire. Timepoint: Dry eye score in the OSDI questionnaire at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and one month after the start of taking the omega-3 supplement. Method of measurement: OSDI (Ocular Surface Disease Index) questionnaire.
