? American Society of Anesthesiology Physical Grade I, II, III
? Patients aged 60 years or older who agreed to participate in the study
? Patients who will undergo laparoscopic abdominal surgery for more than 3 hours for stomach or colorectal cancer
? Patients undergoing regular surgery at Dong-A University Medical Center
? Patients with obvious respiratory and cardiovascular dysfunction
? Patients with abnormal blood test values
? Severe neuropsychiatric patients
? Patients who have used benzodiazepines and opioids within 1 month
? Patients with drug hypersensitivity or contraindications
? Patients with uncontrolled diabetes
? Pregnant or breastfeeding women
? Patients who plan to give birth within 3 months
? Patients with BMI > 35 or more
? Patients who are expected to have a difficult airway
