Phase 1
Security guards:
• All security guards employed at MAHE Manipal, are between 18 to 58 years old.
• Security guards who are willing to participate in the study
Phase 2
• Security guards who have work-related musculoskeletal symptoms.
• Security guards who are willing to participate in the study
Phase 1
•Security guard who underwent surgery in the past, comorbidities like heart-related problems,
and fractures that prevent him/her from doing stretching exercises.
Phase 2
• Security guards who do not have work-related musculoskeletal symptoms.
• Security guards who have a recent history of surgeries, accidents, or disabilities
