All pregnant women receiving transfusion during pregnancy till 6 weeks postpartum at PGIMER
Patients willing to participate in study
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant women who have received transfusion outside PGIMER

Name Time Method To assess the amount and ratio of blood components administered during massive transfusions <br/ ><br>To determine the rate and nature of adverse transfusion reactions during obstetric transfusions at PGIMER <br/ ><br>To assess the rate of safe transfusion practices being followed by healthcare staff involved in management of obstetric patients <br/ ><br>To create MSBOS ( Maximum Surgical Blood Ordering Schedule) for patients undergoing elective as well as emergency caesarean section vs vaginal delivery <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: all women recruited will be followed up till 6 weeks of blood transfusion <br/ ><br>
