Patients willing to participate in study

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant women who have received transfusion outside PGIMER

To assess the amount and ratio of blood components administered during massive transfusions <br/ ><br>To determine the rate and nature of adverse transfusion reactions during obstetric transfusions at PGIMER <br/ ><br>To assess the rate of safe transfusion practices being followed by healthcare staff involved in management of obstetric patients <br/ ><br>To create MSBOS ( Maximum Surgical Blood Ordering Schedule) for patients undergoing elective as well as emergency caesarean section vs vaginal delivery <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: all women recruited will be followed up till 6 weeks of blood transfusion <br/ ><br>
