Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mandibular molars diagnosed as pulpal necrosis and chronic apical periodontitis with evidence of radiographic lesion.
- •Pain score of 1-54mm using Heft Parker VAS Scale
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous manipulation of the root canals; associated periodontal damage; inter radicular furca lesion; mobility above grade; presence of fistula, abscess or edema; Calcified root canals or with internal resorption; roots with a degree of curvature greater than 45 degrees; incomplete rhizogenesis; â??Câ??-shaped internal anatomical conformation; crown extensively destroyed that makes absolute isolation and/or immediate final restoration with composite resin impossible, patients who did not understand the scale
