Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient undergoing head and neck surgery in Otolaryngology Department, Khon Kaen University
- •2\. Patient have smartphone or tablet which can be use doctor follow up application
- •3\. Patient who can communication in Thai language
- •4\. Patient had to used mobile application
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient with condition that can not use the mobile application
- •2\. patient undergoing palliative management
