(1) Subjects aged between 19 years and 75 years
(2) Subjects who detected 5-9mm sized flat or sessile polyps during colonoscopy
(3) Subjects who agree the informed consent
(1) Subjects aged below 18 years or over 76 yeas
(2) Subjects who don't detected colonic polyps or detected non flat polyps during colonoscopy
(3) Subjects with high bleeding tendency (liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, medication to coumadin or anticouagulants)
(4) Subjects Who are participating in other clinical trials
