Inclusion Criteria
Confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (ICD-10: G35.XX G), academic studies, professional training or work. Place of residence in Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg or Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Exclusion Criteria
Inability to work, higher care level, severe mental disorders (ICD-10: F10.7, F20-29, F32.2-3; F33.2-3), cognitive disorder (ICD F00-F09)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary endpoint is the number of days of sick leave due to MS.<br>The number of days of sick leave or incapacity for work due to MS per patient year is determined on the basis of the secondary data of the health insurance companies of the included patients. <br>A comparison is made between the control group and the intervention group after 12 months. <br>In addition, the days of incapacity for work are queried via a semi-annual patient questionnaire and documented during the quarterly or semi-annual examinations by the treating neurologist.
