Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? age \= 65 years
- •? Decrease of systolic BP\= 20 mmHg or diastolic BP\= 10 mmHg
- •? Mini\-Mental State Examination (MMSE) \= 24
- •? no history of participation in other programs to ANS balance over the last 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Cerebrovascular diseases, cardiovascular diseases
- •? vestibular organ disorders, anemia
- •? neurological, psychiatric disorders or autonomic neuropathy; had diseases that affect autonomic dysfunction
- •? If they took orthotropic hypotensive medication
- •? If they took antihypertensive medications that can cause orthostatic hypotension
