- •HbA1C greater than equal to 8%
排除标准
- •1. Proliferative retinopathy (PDR)
- •2. Chronic kidney disease (stage 4,5 and on renal replacement
- •3. Coronary artery disease (CAD) with symptoms of angina or angina
- •4. Congestive Heart failure with NHYA class 3 and 4
- •5. Advanced arthritis restricting movements while performing yoga
- •6. Severe painful neuropathy and/or foot ulcers
- •7. Pregnant women
- •8. Practitioners of yoga in the past 3 months
