• Only with consent Pre-Diabetic women with Indian Diabetes risk
score >60 will be recruited.
• Yoga protocol for diabetes control will be administered
• Patients who are not willing to consent.
• Diabetes individual will not be recruited for the study.
• Person undergone any kind of surgery will not be recruited for the
study.
• Persons having the history of (H/o) Tuberculosis will not be
recruited in the study.
• Persons having a history of (H/o) Head injury, neurological or
psychiatric disorder in the past will not be recruited for the study.
• Persons having a history of (H/o) severe, unstable myocardial
ischemia, congestive heart failure or other severe cardiac diseases,
severe hypertension who may be at risk when mildly increasing
physical activity will not be recruited in the study.
