All adult patients presenting to the PAC for elective non-cardiac surgeries with history of long standing diabetes(more than 10 years) or who have history of smoking more than 10 pack years
1.Age less than 18 years
2.Known case of CAD- treated/ untreated
3.Pregnant and lactating mothers
4.history of myocardial infarction (MI), coronary revascularization (either by percutaneous coronary intervention or bypass)
5.cardiac transplantation
6.absence of stable sinus rhythm during investigation
7.Contraindications for the use of iodinated contrast media.

Name Time Method identifying the association and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary angiography findingsTimepoint: Ten minutes after doing coronary angiography based on its findings presence or absence of coronary artery disease will be documented. Based on Gensini score from angiography findings , severity of CAD will be documented.
