Inclusion Criteria
Burn size 20% to 50% of the total body surface area (TBSA)
Exclusion criteria: Presence of cardiac or endocrine diseases, peripheral vascular disease, history of asthma, systolic blood pressure<90 and heart rate<60 after primary resuscitation, and inhalation injury.

Name Time Method Wound healing time. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: time between admission and epithelialization or preparation for skin graft.;Surface area of wounds needed to be grafted. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: by specific ruller.;Level of hemoglobin. Timepoint: twice a week. Method of measurement: cell counter (sysmeex).;Serum albumin level. Timepoint: twice a week. Method of measurement: check serum albumin level by BCG method (Bromocresol green).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hospital stay period. Timepoint: daily. Method of measurement: time of admission in the hospitals in days.
