Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I and II, having BMI \<\=30kg/m2 and standard airway parameters within normal range, scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who have anticipated difficult airway and modified Mallampati class III or IV
- •2\. Haemodynamic instability, hypertion, morbid obesity, cardiac, renal, hepatic, endocrine, pulmonary dysfunction, upper respiratory tract infection.
- •3\. Cervical spine instability.
- •4\. Pregnancy
