- •Patients of ASA I AND II undergoing elective surgery of forearm, hand and wrist
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Pregnancy
- •3\. Neurologic or neuromuscular disease
- •4\. Bleeding Disorders
- •5\. Skin infection at the site of needle insertion.
- •6\. Cognitive impairment or active psychiatric condition
- •7\. Allergy to local anaesthetics
