Brief Summary
supplemental oxygen used in the time of exercise testing or 6MWT has a considerable positive effect in cases with COPD.

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(I) definitive diagnosis of moderate to severe COPD, (II) weeks without exacerbations), (III) lack of acute coronary syndrome, (IV) FEV 1 /FVC ratio of less than 0\.7, and 50 %\< FEV\<80% (stage 2\) and 30 %\< FEV\<50% (stage 3\), (V) a cigarettes smoking history of more than 10 pack\-years, and (VI) ability to walk.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\-Patients with complications during the test were excluded from the study.
- •2\- Patients who didn't have informed consent.
- •3\- patients with other serious health problems.
