Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients with esophageal and or gastric cancer which are hospitalised in the department of general and visceral surgery of the university hospital cologne.
- •\-The written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients which are not hospitalised.
- •\- Severe COPD (Gold 3\+4\)
- •\- Severe Astma bronchiale
- •\- Other severe pulmonary diseases.
- •\- Advanced heart failure (NYHA 3\+4\)
- •\- Severe coronary heart disease.
- •\- High grade aortic valve stenosis or other high grade cardial valve defects.
- •\- AV block 2°\+3° or other high grade cardial conduction defects.
- •\- High grad Tachykardia
- •\- Other high grade cardial underlying diseases.
