Inclusion Criteria

GERD: predominant heart burn or regurgitation symptom with impacting on daily life >3 months
RDQ score > 3
Endoscopic finding in the past 1year: normal, reflux esophagitis LA class A, B
Adult 18-80 years old
Non restricted FODMAPs in their diet(> 7items/week)
Inform consent

Exclusion Criteria

History of esophageal/gastric surgery
Unable to stop PPI, H2 blocker, SSRI, prebiotic, probiotic, ATB during the study
Unable to breathe through the mouth
Current smoking within 2hrs before hydrogen breath test
Pregnancy or lactation
Psychiatric disorder
Malnutrition & Eating disorder
