Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients \<\= 12 years requiring non\-vascularized fibular grafts for their treatment
- •2\.The graft (unilateral or bilateral) obtained from a healthy leg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Additional procedures in the donor leg during the follow up period
- •2\.Neuromuscular or bony pathology in the ipsilateral tibia or donor fibula
- •3\.Preoperative radiological ankle valgus present in the donor leg: Lower distal tibial angle (LDTA) \<84 degrees or Malhotra station \>1 or both
