1.Male patients with Missing mandibular first molar (right or left)
2.Adjacent teeth should be free of periodontitis and marginal gingivitis.
3.Healthy adjacent teeth with or without intact functional restorations.
4.Healthy opposing teeth with or without intact functional restorations.
5.No supraeruption of opposing tooth
6.Sufficient mouth opening to permit comfortable use of surgical guide for implant placement
1.Absolute contraindications like AIDS, immune-suppression, cancer, cardiovascular diseases (recent MI, Valvular disease and Heart failure, Abnormal bleeding tendencies), osteoporosis, major allergies specifically to Local anaesthesia
2.Relative Contraindications like Autoimmune diseases like lupus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Uncontrolled diabetes, conditions requiring anticoagulant medication, untreated psychiatric or psychological problems, unrealistic expectations or lack of motivations, smoking, alcoholism, substance abuse
3.Local Contraindications like insufficient bone density/volume requiring special procedures, insufficient soft tissue health, bruxism, proximity to anatomical structures, poor oral hygiene, malocclusion
4.Female patients.
