Inclusion Criteria
Infertile patients with the approval of a gynecologist

moderate stress or more (based on Newton's infertility stress questionnaire)
Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Intention to use surrogacy
Having chronic physical diseases
Taking psychiatric drugs
Being under the advice of a psychologist or psychiatrist at the time of the study
Using relaxation and psychotherapy techniques
Unfortunate events such as death of relatives, family quarrel in a month leading to study
The last time of embryo transfer
Infertility due to male causes only
Smoking or drinking alcohol
