Name Time Method Hamstring flexibility change 0 seconds, 30 seconds and 2 minutes Measurement of the hamstring muscles flexibility change by the use of the Sit-and-Reach test
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Fatigue perception 0 seconds, 30 seconds and 2 minutes Measurement of the fatigue sensation by the use of the Modified Borg Scale
Triceps surae flexibility change 0 seconds, 30 seconds and 2 minutes Measurement of the triceps surae flexibility change by the use of the Lunge test
