1.Patients following head and neck cancer treatment, who are disease free and attending their routine clinic consultation.
2.Patients should have no active cancer and should not be palliative.
3.They can be included if successfully treated for recurrence, and with late effects such as osteoradionecrosis (ORN).
4.Patients should be aged between 18 and 89 years.
1.Patients with cognitive impairment, psychiatric illness
2.Patients having thyroid or skull based cancer.
3.Patients on any form of treatment for the cancer with curative intent is eligible.
