Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient with teeth to be extracted and replaced with dental implant in maxillary anterior teeth
  • Absence of general medical contraindications for oral surgery procedures.
  • Patient with good oral hygiene.
  • Distance 3mm away from maxillary sinus in premolar region and 3mm away from nasal cavity in anterior region

Exclusion Criteria

  • Uncontrolled medically compromised patients diabetes heart disease uncontrolled blood pressure, endocrine disorders immuno\-compromised and any condition influence bone healing
  • Heavy smokers more than 10 cigarettes a day
  • Patients with Para functional habits.
  • Patient with signs of acute infection and purulent exudates at the site of implant placement as revealed by clinical and radiographical examination
  • Patients with bad oral hygiene and advanced periodontal disease
  • Jump distance less than 2mm
