Patient with teeth to be extracted and replaced with dental implant in maxillary anterior teeth
Absence of general medical contraindications for oral surgery procedures.
Patient with good oral hygiene.
Distance 3mm away from maxillary sinus in premolar region and 3mm away from nasal cavity in anterior region
Uncontrolled medically compromised patients diabetes heart disease uncontrolled blood pressure, endocrine disorders immuno-compromised and any condition influence bone healing
Heavy smokers more than 10 cigarettes a day
Patients with Para functional habits.
Patient with signs of acute infection and purulent exudates at the site of implant placement as revealed by clinical and radiographical examination
Patients with bad oral hygiene and advanced periodontal disease
Jump distance less than 2mm
