- •1)Patient willing to participate in the trial
- •2)Married women
- •3)Age- 20 years-50 years
- •4)Microscopically positive for Pseudo hyphae.
- •5)Patient complaining of any two from:
- •. Yoni srava (vaginal discharge)
- •. Yoni kandu (itching)
- •. Alpa vedana (inguinal pain and backache)
- •. Yoni durgandh (smell in yoni)

- •1)Patient not willing to participate in the trial
- •2)Unmarried women and Pregnant women
- •3)Age less than 20 years and more than 50 years
- •4)Patient with known case of pelvic pathology
- •5)known case of sexually transmitted diseases like VDRL HIV GONORRHEA
- •6)Diagnosed systemic illness like asthma Tuberculosis Malignancy etc
