- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in Oxygenation status( SpO2 from pulse oximetry and pO2 and other parameter from ABG)Timepoint: at Baseline(supine position)

at 1 hour(after lateral position)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in hemodynamic parameter.

Occurance of any side effects.

Timepoint: 1)On oxygenation will be noted from SpO2 by pulse oxymetry and hemodynamic parameters at 5 minute upto 15 minutes and every 15 minute interval for initial 1 hour.

Occurrence of any side effects during lateral position within one hour
