Inclusion Criteria

1. Female age 20 to 45 years old
2. Visit gynecologist clinic at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital
3. Have indication to use progestin only hormone

Exclusion Criteria

1. Any medical condition that effects bone metabolism
2. Current medication that effects bone metabolism
3. 6 weeks postpartum or breastfeeding
4. History of abnormal bone mineral density (BMD)
5. History of hormonal drug use in 3 months
