GCS 15
Exclusion Criteria
GCS < 15
Pregnant patients
Allergy to any of the study drugs
h/o Diabetes Mellitus
h/o hypertension
Emergency cases
Pre-op bradycardia
h/o ischemic heart diease/arrhythmias
patient refusal to participate in the study
Previous history of craniotomy
