Patients with Grade 2 and Grade 3 Osteoarthritis Knee
1.Patients must be within 40 years to 75 years of age.
2.Should comply with the needs of study visits.
3.Patients without grade 4 osteoarthritis in the other knee who have mild to moderate osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee (Grade 2 or 3 on the KL grading scale).
4.Be capable of giving consent and willing to give consent, and comply with study-related needs, activities, and visits.
1.Individuals with OA knees in grade 4
2.Patients who are either less than 40 years or more than 75 years
3.Patients who had an intra-articular injection of any medication in the past three months, such as corticosteroids or hyaluronic acid in the index knee.
4.Patients with any history of infection, trauma or surgery to the index knee .
5.Patients who have had organ transplantation, rheumatoid arthritis, another inflammatory condition, or who are already using immunosuppressive medications.
6.Female patients who intend to become pregnant, are nursing, or are currently pregnant.
7.Patients with severe psychiatric, psychological, and/or neurological abnormalities.
8.History of anticoagulant use
9.Known case of bleeding disorders
