Inclusion Criteria
1 Men with the age of 20-30
2 The distance between the posterior aspect of the acromion and the examining table exceeded 1 inch in the supine position
3 Characters written consent to participate in research
Exclusion Criteria
1 Subjects with limitation of Shoulder elevation by shoulder pain
2 Neurological, Inflammatory and Respiratory problems
3 Any other musculoskeletal problems in the last 6 months
4 A history of neoplasm and fracture of the cervical spine, the shoulder girdle
5 Surgery to the cervical spine and shoulder in the last year
6 Subject with a history of contact dermatitis
7 Subjects with other skin disorders
