- •Patients between the ages of 15 and 40
- •Patients with no other systemic diseases
- •Mandibular molars with symptoms of irreversible pulpitis,
- •Moderate to severe pain on a visual analogue scale
排除标准
- •Patients who refused to participate in the study,
- •Patients ages are not between 15 and 40.
- •Patients who are allergic to lignocaine,
- •Medically compromised patients,
- •Teeth with apical periodontitis,
- •Non-vital teeth,
- •Immature young permanent teeth,
- •Patients who had taken analgesics, steroids, or antibiotics within the previous 48 hours
