Patients between the ages of 15 and 40
Patients with no other systemic diseases
Mandibular molars with symptoms of irreversible pulpitis,
Moderate to severe pain on a visual analogue scale
Patients who refused to participate in the study,
Patients ages are not between 15 and 40.
Patients who are allergic to lignocaine,
Medically compromised patients,
Teeth with apical periodontitis,
Non-vital teeth,
Immature young permanent teeth,
Patients who had taken analgesics, steroids, or antibiotics within the previous 48 hours
