Inclusion Criteria
1.Confirmed T2DM patients.
2.Age =20 years (both male and female) providing written informed consent.
3.Who understands and can read at least one language(Hindi or English).
4.T2DM Patients undergoing treatments with hypogycemic drugs more than 6 months.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Type1 Diabetes Mellitus and Gestational Diabetes Mellitus.
2.Acute cases with compromised renal,hepatic,pulmonary and cardiac function(requiring IPD admission more than 2 weeks).

Name Time Method 1.Contribute overall diabetes care to implement integrated interventional approach with Ayurveda Adjunct Therapy using population specific Pharmacoepidemilogical data and strive towards need for network of pharmacoepidemiological data for future cohort studies. <br/ ><br>2.Serve to highlight need for Ayurpharmacoepidemiological studies and programs. Ayurpharmacoepidemiological studies will identify that Ayurvedic intervention are culturally acceptable and appropriate for Indians. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: IT IS A CROSSSECTIONAL STUDY. <br/ ><br>So data will be collected from each participant at one point of time.
