Inclusion Criteria
1 Diagnosed with COVID-19 and admitted to hospitel
2 Have at least moderate anxiety or depression on DASS-21
3 Be able to communicate in Thai effectively
4 Be able to use line or zoom application
Exclusion Criteria
1 Have a history of psychiatric disorder
2 Receive psychotropic medications
