Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade 1 and 2
weight of 10 â?? 35 kg
Adequate mouth opening
Various elective surgerical procedures under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with active upper / lower respiratory tract infections
Risk of aspiration
Severe systemic disease
Anticipated difficult airway
Potiential and actual cervical spine injury
Laryngeal trauma
Hypoxia
Coagulopathy
